张丽娟，研究员，博士生导师。在国内外连续从事医学影像学研究20余年，2002-2010年分别在康奈尔大学威尔医学院和纽约西奈山医学中心从事神经疾病定量磁共振成像研究，2009年获聘助理教授，2010年10加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院。

主要从事神经影像学和网络神经科学等应用基础研究，关注脑血管病、脑肿瘤、睡眠障碍、阿尔兹海默等疾病。

张丽娟是国家自然科学基金委项目、广东省科技项目以及深圳市科技项目的评审专家，Human Brain Mapping、Neurology、AJNR等多家期刊杂志的论文评审人。

主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划及面上、广东省自然科学基金和深圳市国际合作等项目6项，作为核心成员承担了科技部973、国家自然科学基金委和广东省市各类项目5项。已在包括Radiology等杂志发表SCI论文50篇,多次参加国际学术会议报道研究进展；申请了31件发明专利（已获授权26件）；培养硕士毕业生（含联合培养）4名，博士研究生2名，博士后1名。
