个人简介

徐锦萍,博士,副研究员,鹏城特聘教授。2020年获中国科学院大学模式识别与智能系统博士学位。研究领域为深度学习结合多模态大脑神经影像的临床应用,包括(1)重大脑疾病的神经机制和影像学标记,如肌张力障碍、抑郁症和认知障碍;(2)非药物干预重大脑疾病的调节机制和疗效预测,如深部脑刺激,电休克,和针灸治疗;(3)癫痫病灶精准分割的深度学习和SAM模型改进。主持国家面上项目,青年基金项目、广东省青年提升,广东省自然基金,深圳市面上项目,参与多项国家、省部级重大研究计划。发表SCI论文50多篇(Brain 一作),谷歌h-指数20。连续5年担任Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease的Associated Editor,Frontiers in Neuroscience和Frontiers in Human Neuroscience的Reviewer editor,10多个SCI期刊的审稿人。
