高玉峰,副研究员,2017年底获得哈尔滨工业大学硕士学位,同年加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院生物医学光学与分子影像研究中心。研究方向为生物医学光学显微成像,主要涉及双光子显微成像、自适应光学、大视场光学成像等技术研发。目前主持横向项目两项,作为研究骨干参与国家重点研发计划数字诊疗专项、中科院科研仪器研制项目等多项重大项目,以第一作者发表《Nano letters》、《Photonics Research》等生物医学及光学领域知名SCI期刊论文近10篇。

本人长期致力于发展先进双光子显微成像技术,通过自适应光学、光场调控及系统设计等层面的原创性工作,构建了高性能成像体系,在激发效率、穿透深度、分辨率及成像速度等关键指标上取得突破。相关研究成果发表在《Nano Letters》、《Photonics Research》等专业期刊。以此技术体系为基础,积极与神经科学、肿瘤学等领域的研究团队开展交叉合作,共同探索脑科学与肿瘤诊疗前沿问题,合作成果已发表于《Nature Communications》、《Gut》、《Innovation》等综合性顶尖期刊。同时,注重技术的实际应用与转化,已申请国家发明专利10余项,主持两项横向技术开发项目,切实推动多项光学技术从实验室走向产业应用。
